The Heart Behind
Happy Tummies
The journey of Good Food Nutrition and Happy Tummies began with a mother’s unwavering commitment to providing the best nutrition for her children. As a mother and a qualified expert with a degree in naturopathic medicine and master’s in food and nutrition, she was deeply aware of how dietary choices impact overall health, growth, and development. This understanding guided her decisions when it came to her children’s diet—ensuring that every meal was free from refined sugar, gluten, and trans fats while being packed with nutrients.
Her passion for wholesome, nutrient-dense foods led her to experiment with recipes that combined the goodness of natural ingredients like oats millets, red rice, nuts, seeds, dates, pre and probiotics. The goal was to create meals and snacks that not only tasted great but also supported gut health, immunity, and overall well-being.
As friends and family witnessed the positive impact of these healthy choices on her children, they encouraged her to bring these nourishing creations to a wider audience. This inspired the birth of Good Food Nutrition a parent company dedicated to offering guilt-free, high-fiber, gluten-free, and sugar-free snacks, cereals, and natural sugar substitutes.
Her journey didn’t stop there. Recognizing the need for specialized nutrition for infants and young children, she developed Happy Tummies, a brand focused on probiotic-rich, gluten-free trans fat free foods for babies and toddlers. The inspiration for Happy Tummies came from her desire to support digestive health in young children while providing them with essential nutrients during their critical growth years.
As her brands grew, her vision expanded beyond children’s nutrition. She realized that many adults, especially those with specific health concerns like diabetes and women over 40 experiencing hormonal changes, lacked easy access to functional foods that catered to their unique needs. Driven by this realization, she is now working to expand the product range of Good Food Nutrition to include nutrient-dense, functional foods designed to support diabetic patients, women over 40, and other health-conscious adults.
Both brands reflect her unwavering belief that food should nourish the body, strengthen the immune system, and promote gut health—without compromising on taste. Through Good Food Nutrition and Happy Tummies, she continues to empower families and individuals of all ages to make better nutritional choices, just as she did for her own children.
